Definition

Where the ecosystem is disturbed or is at risk of being disturbed, such as wild animals' infection or decrease in biodiversity, etc. due to domesticated animals and companion animals that have reverted to wild state after having been abandoned or having escaped, the Minister of Environment may designate and publicly notify such domesticated animals and companion animals as animals reverted to wild state in consultation with the heads of relevant central administrative agencies and take necessary measures.
